[閒聊] fantia通知說創作者要進行身份認證

簡單的說是為了防範犯罪
所以預定要導入一個什麼eKYC系統而需要進行身份認證
雖然一般使用者不在身份認證的對象
不過看了一下能夠用了確認身份的資料
・運転免許証
・運転経歴証明書
・マイナンバーカード
・特別永住者証明書
・在留カード
這樣感覺完全境外的創作者都會被封殺了
如果有支援的創作者是完全境外的人
可能需要趕快去保留創作者發表的作品了
因為這個身份認證的預定將會在十二月中開始進行
